Working methodology
Professional coaching is deeply rooted in the latest findings and research of neuroscience, specifically brain research. Our understanding of the brain has revealed its remarkable plasticity, constantly adapting and rewiring itself through the formation and dissolution of neural networks. The brain consists of countless interconnected nerve cells that strive to create new pathways. This process is influenced by the intensity and frequency of internal and external stimuli, such as thoughts, images, and behaviors. As these stimuli become more pronounced, the protein structure that connects the neurons solidifies, eventually leading to the establishment of long-lasting patterns. For instance, this process shapes our belief systems, our inner convictions.
This process illustrates the power of conscious influence over our thoughts, behaviors, and inner images through the malleability of our brain. Both coaching and training provide an opportunity to deepen our self-awareness and uncover unconscious patterns within ourselves. It enables us to evaluate whether these communication and behavioral patterns align with our desired outcomes in life or if we seek different results. Once we gain clarity on our preferences, we can embark on the journey of transforming these unwanted patterns. By doing so, we directly impact the outcomes we experience, allowing us to tap into our fullest potential and achieve maximum self-efficacy or whether we would rather have different results in our everyday life. Once we are clear about this, we can start to change the unwanted patterns. By doing so, we directly influence the results. We come into our maximum self-efficacy.
Training
The concept of "Transforming Training" was pioneered by renowned coaches like Jack Canfield and Toni Robinson in the United States. This training approach encompasses a unique combination of elements designed to facilitate profound insights and personal growth. These elements include:
